I am a Senior Social Science Researcher and PhD Criminologist who specializes in a range of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research designs and methods developed through more than 12 years of experience working with youth, adults, families, and communities to improve outcomes related to health, safety, and wellbeing. I’m invigorated by work that is human-centered, focusing deeply on those who stand to benefit the most throughout the research lifecycle. My research is end-to-end combining generative and functional inquiry that requires leading collaboration and communication across cross-functional stakeholder groups, executing on complex client-responsive research projects with an eye toward impact and continuous improvement, building research capacity, balancing multiple projects and deadlines, and disaggregating and distilling analysis to ensure findings are clear and impact is equitable.
